new talent comes on board

i visited ratnesh and babul. 2 different individuals with different skill sets and different outlooks to life - but they are similar in one way - they are both artists - they live for what they do. ratnesh is into static websites, and graphic design for print and the the internet. babul is into dynamic websites and portals - he understands linux and the things you can do on a linux server - he loves php and making portals. they have something else in common - they both hate business development and client servicing and all the related headaches. that's where i come into the picture.

i am giving them a choice - work the way you want to - from home - from office - work your own timings and at your own pace. i don't care - as long as the work gets done on time. they love the idea - i get the clients - fix the payment structure - they do the work - i interface with the client - i take care of payments - they never have to worry.

i'm making them grafix email ids. i am getting them on the internet. we work on a global village philosophy - we telecommute, we freelance, we are flexible. this way i can get the best talent - at a manageable cost. no salaries no overheads to worry about.

i know i can pull it off. it'll take time but i am confident that i'll succeed.

i'm an artist myself - i know how the creative mind functions - i know what an artist's needs are - been there done that.

babul gave me a list of sites he's worked on - we'll showcase them as dynamic sites. we'll make it. i'm sure.
